Community Trusts

Back in 1988, the New Zealand Government established 12 independent community trusts, covering the entire country. Each trust had 100% ownership of the shareholding of their respective trustee savings bank. There is approximately ~$3.9bn in the community trust aggregate investment portfolios which are established into perpetuity.

We are there to help and guide this process for any community trust that wishes to have an independent review of their investments, have a different voice at the table or help with performance reporting.
