Organisation Strategy

We have worked with a number of religious organisations and a common thread we see is a tension between the underlying purpose of the funds and what is happening in the decision making on the ground. Getting trustees or board members on the same page is crucial on the issue of whether the funds are to be invested into perpetuity or for the long term, or whether the funds are best used in other ways.

We have experience navigating board dynamics with fractured views on key issues such as this because the investment strategy is only as good as the underlying organisation’s direction.
