Your free retirement resources

To help you put the webinar into action, we’ve created two practical takeaways you can use immediately.

1. Retirement Readiness Checklist

A short, honest self‑check across the ten things that most shape a comfortable retirement in New Zealand — and where a conversation could be helpful.

Use this checklist to:

  • See where you’re already on track

  • Spot the areas that might need more attention

  • Identify where a focused conversation with an adviser could save you time, tax, or stress

2. Seven Common Catch‑outs

The mistakes we see most often on the road to retirement — and the simple shift that avoids each one.

In this guide, you’ll find:

  • Real‑world examples of common retirement planning mistakes

  • The “simple shift” for each that can help you avoid costly errors

  • Clear prompts for what to consider before making big decisions

Together, these resources give you a clear snapshot of your retirement readiness and help you sidestep the pitfalls we see again and again in practice.
