  • Rental income, mortgage balance, interest rate, annual expenses (rates, insurance, etc.), and your property's address. The form takes about 5 minutes, and if you’re not sure of the numbers we can look at your documentation and bank statements to figure out the true costs.

  • We are the only independent investment strategy firm in New Zealand of our size, scale and skill. We work only to help our clients meet their own investment goals and are one of the few financial firms in New Zealand without debt. We refuse to take commissions on any products or lending, and are not owned by any fund manager or larger firm.
